Shipping and Returns
POSTAGE AND SHIPPING
We dispatch on the next business day following payment or sooner when possible. All sales are made in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Please allow 2-3 business days for Courier Post delivery.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.
We offer free tracked shipping for all orders over $200.
For orders under $200, shipping will be added at checkout.
We don't yet offer international shipping.
We are happy to accept returns for full price items with proof of purchase which are unworn, undamaged and have all original tags attached. You are welcome to return these orders in exchange for another item or an online store credit note which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item.
Items must be returned to us within 10 working days of receipt with all their original tags attached. We will only accept returns in their original, undamaged, unworn condition. Please understand that we may not be able to return, exchange or provide credit for any items returned to us damaged or soiled. When returning an item to our store the customer bares the charges for returning the package to us.
